Now...Wind advisory in effect from 9 am this morning to 6 pm cst this evening... Through 3 am...Northwest winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph can be expected. Winds will subside to 10 to 20 mph late tonight. Areas of rain and isolated thunderstorms will move east and northeast across the area. Rainfall amounts up to one half inch can be expected. The rains will end west of a harper to sabinal to carrizo springs line by 3 am.
