Now...Through 600 am cst...Patchy light rain will continue over portions of the rio grand plains...Coastal bend...Victoria crossroads... Over and the bays and nearshore waters. Widespread fog with visibilities of 1 to 3 miles will occur. Areas of dense fog with visibilities around 1/4 mile or less will continue primarily east of us 281. Motorists and Mariners are urged to use extreme caution.
