Now...West winds at 20 to 40 mph will continue through the noon hour above timberline and over the higher foothills...With occasional gusts to 70 mph on ridgetops and exposed areas of the front range. The wind will produce areas of blowing snow and reduced visibilities in exposed areas. Wind chills will be from 15 to 25 below zero in windy areas. There will be a few snow flurries atop the higher peaks.
