Now...Strong northwesterly winds will continue to result in areas of blowing snow which will limit visibilities. Winds will be strongest over the extreme southeastern panhandle and the northern rolling plains...Where sustained speeds will continue to reach 25 to 35 mph with a few gusts around 50 mph. Localized white-out conditions May occur in these areas.
