Now...The short term forecast for erie, niagara, genesee, Wyoming, cattaraugus, and allegany counties. Light snow will continue, but should gradually diminish through mid afternoon. Additional accumulation for much of the area will be anywhere from a dusting to 2 tenths of an inch through 3 pm, but the most persistent snow over southern erie county and western Wyoming between west seneca and silver springs could pick up another half inch. Untreated roads May be slick in spots.
