Now...Winter storm warning tonight through Thursday night... Tonight across western and north central Nebraska...Low clouds and fog will continue to deepen producing areas of light freezing fog and freezing drizzle occasionally mixed with snow grains and sleet. Travel conditions are expected to worsen overnight and police report black ice has formed on highway 83 and Nebraska highway 2 near thedford. Visibility will fall below 1/4 mile in heavy fog. This precipitation was associated with a large developing winter storm which will affect the central and northern plains and the upper midwest tonight through Friday. Use extreme caution traveling overnight and this week.
