Some moderate to heavy rain will br possible at Times with a quick 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch likely in spots through midnight. Motorists can expect ponding on area roads. Strong northeast to east winds will continue with gusts of 30 to 40 mph likely at Times...Especially along the beaches.
