Now...Periods of rain will continue over the adirondacks...Northern berkshires...And southern Vermont through 2am. There May even be a rumble of thunder. There will be pockets of freezing rain in the eastern adirondacks and interior southern green mountains. This will be confined to deep valleys and elevations above 1000 feet. Little additional ice accumulations will occur. Gusty southeasterly winds of 35 to 50 mph will continue over the southern green mountains and northern berkshires. Additional rainfall amounts will range from one to two tenths of an inch.
