Now...At 3:20 pm...National weather service doppler radar indicated areas of mainly light rain falling across portions of eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. The light rain was mixing with light snow at Times across northeast Oklahoma and within the higher terrain of far eastern Oklahoma and far northwest Arkansas. All of this activity was south of interstate 44 and north of a mcalester to poteau line...Moving to the east and southeast at Around 25 mph. Through 4:30 pm...Scattered light rain remains possible for much of the area south of interstate 44 and north of the mcalester to poteau line. The light rain May continue to briefly mix with light snow...Especially within the higher terrain areas of far eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. Additional rainfall accumulations of a few hundredths of an inch will be common with no snowfall accumulation expected.
