Regional Weather Discussion...Heavy frost and patchy fog will affect parts of Oklahoma this morning. Dry high pressure had settled into the region...And clear skies allowed temperatures to drop into the middle 20s. Relative humidity was very high near the ground...And light fog as observed at Many locations. The fog will mainly affect low lying areas to the east of a line from alva to watonga and lawton. Frost...Along with some deposits of ice from freezing fog...Will coat some exposed surfaces. Most roads will remain dry...But travelers should be cautious in low spots and on bridges.
