The heavier rains were located across southeast Oklahoma. Scattered drizzle and light rain showers were also noted east of this line. Movement is to the north northeast at 30 mph. Through 9:45 am...Occasional showers will continue for locations along and west of a line from welch to winslow...Arkansas...With the heavier showers across southeast Oklahoma. To the east of this line...Scattered light rain showers will continue to develop across far northeast Oklahoma and far northwest Arkansas. As of 8am...The freezing line was located just north of ponca city to near Oklahoma city to just west of wichita falls.
