Now...Through 1130 am...Moderate rain will continue to move northeast across southeast South Carolina and southeast Georgia. Expect persistent rainfall for much of the area...But could see a few breaks in the rain along coastal areas. Overall expect gusty winds up to 45 mph in storms with rainfall rates ranging between 1/10 and 1/4 of an inch in a hours time. Some isolated areas along and west of interstate 95 will receive up to 1 inch of rainfall due to heavy downpours.
