Now...Coastal flood advisory in effect until 3 pm est this afternoon... Occasional rain and drizzle will continue across northern Virginia into the Virginia piedmont through 11 am. Additional rainfall amounts up to one tenth of an inch are expected during this time. Rain and melting snow will cause ponding of water on roadways. Visibility will be locally reduced to under one half mile at Times in rain and fog.
