By midday... Wind speeds from 15 to 20 mph May be expected. Wind speeds in southeastern Oklahoma should be somewhat lighter. Warmer temperatures compared to yesterday May not be very noticeable this morning. Temperatures will rise into the middle to upper 30s by noon. Temperatures combined with wind speeds computes to wind chill temperatures not getting out of the 20s through the remainder of the morning.
