Through 6 pm cst...The heaviest and most continuous precipitation will be over northeast Arkansas and the Missouri bootheel...Where rainfall rates can be from a quarter to a third of an inch an hour. However... Further south and east across north Mississippi and west Tennessee... Locations will experience scattered showers through 5 pm cst...But becoming a continuous rain thereafter. Rainfall rates east of the Mississippi River will generally be less than a quarter of an inch an hour. The system as a whole will move to the northeast.
