Now...Winter weather advisory in effect until 1 pm est this afternoon... ...Flood watch in effect from 3 pm est this afternoon through late tonight... Areas of light rain and freezing rain will occur through noon across north-central Maryland...The northern and western suburbs of Washington and baltimore...And central Virginia through noon. A light coating of ice is possible...Especially across north-central Maryland and near the blue ridge mountains. Temperatures will slowly rise into lower and middle 30s during this time. Motorists should use extra caution this morning on the roadways.
