Now...Fog and freezing fog is reducing visibilities to a quarter of a mile or less...At Times...In the Illinois valley north to grants pass...To roseburg...And toward eugene. Through 9 am pst expect these conditions to continue. Areas effected will include highway 199 and interstate 5. Some slick spots could form on area roadways where the temperatures are near or below freezing.
