Now...Areas of dense fog continued in the central and south willamette valley at 9 am...With visibilities of one-quarter mile or less observed at Salem...Corvallis and eugene. Temperatures have been below freezing which May result in locally icy roads. Conditions will improve between 10 and 11 am this morning.
