Areas affected will be near durant and extending southward into the Red River valley of southeast Oklahoma. Driving conditions May become locally hazardous due to sudden changes in visibility. If you will be driving in or through southeast Oklahoma early this morning... Use extra caution. Scattered light rain and snow will be developing during the morning hours across southwest Oklahoma and western north Texas. Although radar was indicating some activity in these areas early this morning... Most of the rain and snow was evaporating before reaching the ground.
