Rain May restrict visibilities to one to two miles at Times. The heavier rain May LEAD to minor flooding of small creeks... Streams and roadways where poor drainage exists as a result of remaining snow pack. Low clouds and fog also will become abundant. Visibilities are expected to be quite low between rain bands...At Or below one-half mile at Times.
