Now...Flood watch in effect until 7 am est this morning... A line of gusty showers will move east through the district of columbia...Prince georges and anne arundel county through 5 am. The stronger showers could contain wind gusts to around 35 mph. Rainfall amounts have tapered off area-wide...But locally heavy downpours are possible within the line of showers. The heavy downpours could produce up to one quarter of an inch of rainfall.
