Now...At 9:56 pm... National weather service doppler radars indicated an area of light to moderate snow across portions of northeastern Oklahoma... This was particularly noted for locations north of a line running from jay Oklahoma to okemah. South of this line temperatures were enough that rain and patchy drizzle are the primary precipitation types. Through 11 pm... Light snow with some isolated areas seeing moderate snow can be expected north of a line running from jay to okemah. Rain and patchy drizzle can be expected south of this line. The precipitation in southeastern Oklahoma will begin to end as drier air begins to enter southeastern Oklahoma. A winter storm advisory is in effect from 6 pm this evening through 10 am cst Wednesday for locations primarily north of interstate 40 in northeastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas.
