Now...Patchy dense fog has developed in the southern sacramento valley and near the delta this morning. Visibilities have Decreased to a quarter of a mile at Sacramento international airport and at Travis afb at 8 am this morning. Motorist should use caution and prepared for rapidly changing visibilities during the morning commute...Especially along interstate 80 near fairfield and interstate 5 near the airport and highway 99. The visibilities are expected to increase by 10 am as the fog dissipates.
