Most areas can expect persistent moderate rain with totals ranging between 1/10 and 1/4 of an inch in a hours time. Some areas will receive up to 1/2 an inch in a hours time due to heavier rainfall...Especially for areas along and south of interstate 16. Motorist should be extra cautious for ponding of water on roadways.
