Now...Through 4 pm cst...A band of moderate snow will streak southeast and impact areas from lawrence to topeka to manhattan. This band of snow will reduce visibilities to around one half mile or less due to blowing snow. Any accumulation with this band of snow will remain around one half inch or less. This band of snow will then move southeast and impact areas south of interstate 70 after 3pm. Travel will remain extremely difficult due to lingering blowing and drifting of snow.
