Heavy rain is possible for areas east of interstate 95 in South Carolina. Rainfall accumulations between 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch per hour are expected. Some locations May see up to 1 inch per hour east of interstate 95 in South Carolina. Motorists should take caution this morning as ponding of water on roadways is possible.
