Temperatures ranged from the mid to upper teens in northern and central Oklahoma...Into the low to mid 20s through parts of central Oklahoma...Southern Oklahoma...And western north Texas. North winds were sustained between 10 and 20 mph...Gusting to near 30 mph. Wind chill values remain in the single digits through most of western...Northern...And central Oklahoma...And into the low to mid teens through southern Oklahoma and western north Texas.
