At Elevations generally between 2,000 and 2,500 feet...Southeast winds of 15 to 30 mph...With gusts as high as 45 mph...Can be expected. However...At Elevations above 2,500 feet...Southeast winds of 30 to 40 mph...With gusts in excess of 65 mph...Are likely. Travel across higher elevation areas should be delayed until the winds subside.
