Canyon...Hereford...Panhandle and claude are likely to receive the most accumulation through 1100 am. In addition...Snow will also LEAD to visibilities of less than a mile at Times. Motorists across the panhandles should exercise caution for rapidly changing visibilities and slippery patches. As a reminder...
