Now...Periods of light to moderate rain will continue through 3 am pst Friday. Locally heavy showers are expected as well. Rainfall rates will generally range from one tenth to one quarter of an inch per hour...But local rates up to one half inch per hour are possible in heavier showers. The brief heavy downpours could cause local street flooding. Minor mud and debris flow are also possible in and around the recent burn areas. In the mountains above 6000 feet...There will be periods of snow...With accumulations of 3 to 6 inches overnight.
