Now...A band of showers continues to move southeast around 20 mph towards the las vegas valley and will affect neighborhoods near centennial hills. Precipitation will initially start as rain...However it likely mix with or change over to all snow. Accumulations of up to an inch are possible on unpaved surfaces on the far west and far north sides of the valley. This band of showers should exit the area by 2 am. Wind gusts up to 45 mph are also possible.
