Now...Moderate to occasionally heavy snow will continue across upstate New York and northeast Pennsylvania through 4 am. Snowfall rates of up to one inch per hour will be possible...Especially along and south of the southern tier. Additional accumulations of up to 2 inches will be possible through 4 am. Motorists should use extreme caution if traveling tonight...As roadways will be snow covered and visibilities will often be reduced to one half mile or less in heavy snow.
