Now...A few sprinkles of light rain and a few snow flurries possible this afternoon across the potomac highlands. Areas from petersburg to cumberland...And eastward toward hagerstown will be affected. Winds will also begin to increase over the course of the afternoon hours...With gusts of 20 to 30 mph expected by late afternoon. Little or no snow accumulation and only trace amounts of rainfall expected through 4 pm.
