Snowfall rates May reach an inch an hour through 2 pm with a quick accumulation of one to two inches. Northwest winds of 15 to 25 mph will occasionally gust over 30 mph...Especially closer to the lake Ontario shore. This will produce blowing and drifting snow with greatly reduced visibility. Drivers are urged to slow down and be prepared for poor visibility and poor braking conditions.
