Sustained winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 45 mph will continue across much of Maryland...The district of columbia...Northern Virginia...And the eastern West Virginia panhandle through 700 pm est. With temperatures falling into the low and mid 20s...And even teens west of blue ridge...Wind chills will be in the single digits.
