Now...Westerly winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 45 mph will occur in the foothills through 10 am. Highways May become icy in spots as snow gets blown across the road. Highways 93 and c-470 will be especially susceptible. In spite of the warming temperatures...The wind chills will still remain cold this morning with readings near zero in the windier areas.
