It should reach a mineral point...To Janesville...To kenosha line by 330 pm...And a lone rock...To madison...To racine line by 430 pm. The precipitation is expected to fall as mainly snow initially. There will be locations that see sleet and freezing rain mix in...Especially near the Illinois border. Present indications are that the snow May come in a quick burst...And snowfall rates May approach 1 inch per hour. Areas along and south of interstate 94 will see the steadier snow in the late afternoon and early evening. Areas further north will see some light freezing rain during that time frame...Before the snow moves in. Road conditions will deteriorate as the steadier precipitation moves into southern Wisconsin over the next several hours. Use extra caution if driving this afternoon and reduce your speed to account for conditions.
