Now...A thin sheet of glaze ice is accumulating on roadways...Stairways and sidewalks...From freezing drizzle across southern Minnesota and parts of west central Wisconsin. Light snow and or freezing drizzle is falling across most of southern Minnesota and west central Wisconsin. Most of the precipitation is located along or south of i-94 from fargo to st cloud...To minneapolis st paul...Over to eau claire Wisconsin. This is just the very first start of a very long term snow event... Little change is expected this morning...Look for the flurries to keep drifting to the north...Over Minnesota and Wisconsin.
