The coast is reporting areas of light snow and fog with blowing snow at Cape romanzof...Visibility is less than 1 mile at Times on the coast. Winds are northerly 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph. Inland at Bethel we have mostly cloudy skies with southeast wind 10 to 15 mph and temperatures in the low 20s.
