The mix of snow and sleet will be heaviest from the capital district north into the saratoga and lake george regions...Where up to two tenths of an inch of liquid...And up to an inch of snow and sleet May occur by 5am. Some pockets of freezing rain are also possible. Roads are apt to be slippery.
