Now...The short term forecast for the niagara frontier. Scattered showers will continue through late afternoon. A larger area of rain showers across lake Ontario will move southeast across the area and reach youngstown and olcott by 430 pm...Niagara falls and lockport by 5 pm...And the buffalo metro area by about 520 pm. Most of the precipitation will fall as rain...But some graupel will be mixed in at Times within the heaviest showers. No accumulation is expected.
