Now...Patchy freezing fog has developed in area valleys this morning. The fog was producing sudden reductions in visibility to under one mile. Areas of frost and black ice May develop on affected roads...Bridges and overpasses. Motorists should use extra care when travelling in the foggy locations. The fog should dissipate by 9 am.
