Now...Through 7 am...Scattered showers will move northeast at 25 mph across portions of southeast Texas...As well as central and southern Louisiana. Rainfall amounts will be mainly light with rates less than 1/10 of an inch per hour. Also...Fog will be possible in many locations with visibilities as low as 1/2 mile.
