Now...As skies have briefly cleared this morning across the central Red River valley...Areas of patchy dense fog have developed. This fog May reduce visibilities down to one quarter of a mile. Areas of freezing fog are also possible and will cause roads to become slick. Use extra caution this morning on the roadways.
