Now...At 2:30 pm...National weather service doppler radar indicated isolated strong thunderstorms entering southwest pittsburg county with additional showers and isolated thunderstorms extending west of south coffeyville to stidham to hugo line. Isolated showers were observed elsewhere across eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas...All of which were moving northeast at Around 25 miles per hour. Through 3:45 pm...Scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue to lift northeast effecting most of eastern Oklahoma during this time. Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms will move through pittsburg...Latimer and haskell counties...With the potential for other strong to severe thunderstorm development elsewhere across far southeast Oklahoma. A tornado watch is in effect for far southeast Oklahoma until 9 pm this evening.
