Now...Occasional snow showers, with a few brief squalls, will move across central New York and the northern tier of Pennsylvania through early evening. Additional snow accumulation will be less than an inch through 6 pm. A squall could drop the visibility to less than a quarter of a mile with snow and blowing snow. Look for a wind chill temperature in the single digits, as a westerly wind at 15 to 30 mph, will combine with temperatures in the mid teens and lower 20s.
