Now...Winter storm warning in effect until 6 am est Sunday... For the central foothills and northern piedmont of Virginia including The greater charlottesville area...Through 8 pm... Periods of light snow and flurries will continue. Additional accumulations will be light. Visibilities will be locally reduced to less than one mile in areas of snow and blowing snow. Temperatures will remain below freezing. North-northwest winds will average around 10 mph with gusts up to 20 mph.
