Now...Through 10 am...A blanket of low clouds and fog will slowly shift from the palouse westward further into the lower Columbia Basin. Visibilities have improved from pullman and lewiston early this morning...But areas of dense fog and below freezing temperatures remain from LA crosse to warden near highway 26...And from ritzville to connell along highway 395 and near i90.
