Now...Through 5 pm...A line of showers extending from lake okeechobee down into the gulf coastal waters adjacent to mainland monroe county will move eastward at 15 to 20 mph. The heaviest showers will affect inland collier county along interstate 75 and also along the tamiami trail near ochopee and monroe station. These showers could contain brief heavy downpours and gusty winds up to 25 mph.
