Now...Strong northwest winds gusting to 35 mph at Times....Were moving across parts of west central and into south central Minnesota. The stronger winds were occurring along the Minnesota River valley from near appleton...To redwood falls and new ulm. They will continue in the 15 to 30 mph range through late morning...Before diminishing this afternoon. Some light snow or flurries will also occur in this region during the morning. The combination of snow showers and some blowing and drifting snow...May limit visibility...Especially in open country. Motorists are urged to use caution this morning.
